Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BPACK. If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, or if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please refer to the guidelines below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • The return must be authorised by our team before being sent back
  • Items that are opened, used, or no longer in a resaleable condition cannot be returned

To begin a return, please email us at eco.bpack@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or faulty

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom-printed or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Opened packaging products (for hygiene and food-safety reasons)

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty in any way:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
  • Include photos of the damage and your order number
  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, credit, or full refund, depending on the situation

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team after authorisation

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
